CINW Montréal and its shortwave transmitter CFCX Montréal - Licence renewal

Someone was just talking about this locally last week, and either CFCX
and antennas no longer exist, or the station is not in a useable state
(I forget which was said). This shortwave renewal is not because the
station has sought it out.

Realistically, there is little reason to expect to ever hear CFCX again.
It was a minor station, simulcasting a local radio station (albeit one
that has been around for a long time). It's no longer owned by the same
company, and the station that it rebroadcast to shortwave has changed
frequency, format and callsign.
