I've been listening to a ham net in Jamaica on 14.283 since about 16:25Z
discussing the Cayman situation. It looks pretty bad. One ham is talking
about reports on an FM broadcast station in Jamaica getting cell phone
reports from Cayman, saying people are on the roofs screaming for help. The
Jamaica hams can't make contact with Cayman. They are saying the Cayman
situation is worse than Granada.

The only info I heard about Jamaica is 16 deaths attributed to Ivan.

Traffic on 14.283 is intermittent but pauses are short at this time
(17:02Z).
