Yeah, I just checked it out. I tuned slightly off frequency and heard
some murmuring about an invasion about to begin. But what on earth
could that mean?

Art Bell mentioned this the other night. He thinks it may be from outer
space.

Art Bell thinks a signal at 40 meters came from outer space ??? I think
the one that is supposed to be from space was the one WAY up on 1420
megahertz.
