Belarus-Retimed English

The transmissions were re-timed on 1 September and the name was changed to
"Radio Belarus". According to the announcement in the audio files,
the
English programme is supposed to be aired now mt.tf.s at 2200-2230 on

1170/7105/7210 and repeated mtw.fs. at 0330-0400 on 5970/7210.
