Radio Canada was "pleased to verify your report on the reception of C.B.C.
International Service" broadcast of May 24, 1969, on 21.595 mhz @ 1834 G.M.T.
"Your report has been found to be correct. Thank you and best wishes from
Canada". Basil "Pip" Duke's rubber-stamped signiature is faded, but still
readable. Receiver was a Realistic DX-120, a Xmas gift from the folks. That QSL
led to membership in Radio Canada's Shortwave Club as member # 10,279.
