Hearin LP at 2000 s/on on 11545 an 10426. 10426 very weak.

Heard a test tone on 11545 starting at 1949. I've heard these test tones prior
to s/on on other frequencies/times as well.

Also heard here at 20:15. Audible on 10426 but there is heavy QRN. It is
stronger on 11545 with minimal QRN.

Yes, there is some RTTY QRM on 10426.

A quick check here reveals LP on 15682 at 1539.
