When I go to Rat Shack's website, the only standoff insulators I find
are for attaching to masts or screwing into wood. What if you need to
attach standoff insulators to concrete or masonry? Anyone have any
suggestions? I'd like to find some....preferably some that don't do a
lot of damage to the surfaces they attach to.

Look for any of a number of concrete/masonry sleeves or
anchors at a hardware store.

Or epoxy on some kind of plate/flange to attach standoffs to.
If the stuff can hold the drunk bumps onto busy highways, it should be
able to keep an antenna close by.

I have used tow slightly different way to mount standoffs on
concrete or brick surfaces.
The first is to make my own standoffs from 1/2" PVC pipe and just
use GE silicon aquarium seal to clue the pipes upright. You have to
use tape to hold them vertical overnight.
The other is to mount store-bought standoffs on a 3~4" piece of
plastic and glue the plastic square with silicon.
Both work well and are easy to remove and leave minimum traces.
You can scrub the residuel silicon fairly easily.
A acrylic adheeive might work as well and be easier to clean up.

You can also use 1/4" lead anchors (this is bolt size. OD is probably
about 1/2") with the PVC pipe to get a good solid standoff. Just recess
the anchors enough that you can put a dab of concrete over them if you
should ever remove the standoff.

Use the Screw in type Stand-Offs. Use a 1/4" Masonary Drill
to drill your mounting holes. Fill the Hole with Masonary
"Patch" or Epoxy Install the Stand-Offs.

If you live in a rural area try the electric fence hardware in
your local Feeds 'n Needs or Agway store.

That's a really good suggestion.

It is probably much cheaper than the Andrew stand-off model 11662-3. You
can get them from TESSCO for about $28 each.
Based on the price I would look around hamfests etc for pieces of ceramic or
use the PVC with insulators from Agway. A flat piece of metal with 3
holescan be used for the anchor. The middle hole is where you attach the PVC
etc. Like a sideways "T"
