Basically, it sings of broadcasting on Radio Marti to Cuba, with the
flavor
of Cuba and the promise of truth and liberty. It uses very colloquial
Cuban
language and references.

DE,

Could it 'possibly' be "Adorela como Marti" by Arsenio Rodriguez
http://www.afrocubaweb.com/arseniorodriguez.htm

No, it is not. It is obviously written for Radio Martí and speaks
specifically of hearing the truth about liberty on Martí´s airwaves.
