Here in Seattle I'm not picking up -any- of these pirate and number
stations.

As usual. :(

Dammit, I want to hear the spies and outlaws!!

I picked up a female spanish numbers station at 11:19 PDT on
Wednesday on (I think) 8011 kHz.

Yup, just started yesterday for the Seattle area. 1090 kHz. They changed
the call letters but it's something like KPTK. I still think of it as
the Mighty Ten Ninety KING-AM, but lately it was a runt of the litter
'Classic Country" station. Infinity Broadcasting.

Sorry. I was just as asleep when I posted this as when I picked the
signal up. That was 11:19 PM PDT. 6:19 UTC. Not sure about the
frequency, as I can read my clock without my glasses, but the
radio display is quite a bit smaller.

I'm such a fool. All this time, I swore that -anything- was better than
country. I truly deserve punishment; should I read three of yojimbo's post,
or four?

I don't want to be unduly harsh on myself.
