November 29th 2004. He is charged with 2 counts of illegal touching, 2
counts of breech of trust and 2 counts of assault. According to sources
the prosecuting attorney believes she has a strong case for conviction
of all counts which could land Stair in jail for as much as 10 years."

I believe he is already 71. This would mean he *could* be in there
until he is 81 years old.
