Tell us how you did it, as, believe me, it just didn't happen? Did you send the QSL in Portuguese? Did you send a reward? Mostly, if you included a dollar they would pocket it and you would never hear from them..... I went and dug out a copy of my original report and it was in Portuguese. If I recall correctly I probably sent mint stamps for them to use in reply. As it was the 5th of December I may have been on a DXpedition over on the east side of the state.
