Are you planning on posting the photos to the 'net?
That'd be interesting. Too, maybe you can drop in and
keep us posted on your radio monitoring activities, once
you've returned? Come to think of it, you're going to
Hawaii, and I'd bet dollars to doughnuts you won't be
spending much time plugged in to the shortwave (wink)

Wink acknowledged!

Sure to have some photos on the net soon after. Of particular
interest will be any Scottish/Hawaiian connections; there are a few.
As for the radio side, will keep a log of what is heard in
Waikiki. DX probably not likely, but intend using the wire reel
clip-on antenna that came with the SW100. Will try to get AM from the
other islands; Maui probably easiest. Done it before with the AR7030,
but a bit bulky for the luggage.
