That still doesn't answer the question.

Bush is committing war crimes, but CW claims I'm an idiot for pointing
it out. It makes no sense.

MII,

So then you would hold "LBJ" 'responsible' for the My Lai Massacre
in Vietnam during his Presidency in 1968.

There comes a Time for Healing between peoples who at one time
were at War:
US Veteran build "Peace Park" at Vietnam Me Lai Massacre Site

Remember: Lieutenant William Cally was Tried-and-Convicted under
the UCMJ by the US Military for his 'personal' Crimes.

I trust in the US Military to "Do-the-Right-Thing" concerning
both the crime and rights of this individual soldier.
- Trust in "The American People"
- Trust in "Our Elected Leaders"
- Trust in "Our Men and Women in Uniform"
- Trust in "Our Military Leaders"
Cumulatively They Will Do-the-Right-Thing !

The days of honour in warfare are long gone. It disappeared with
bombers, mustard gas and machine guns. You can't expect the common
soldier in the field to have higher morals than their leaders up the
chain of command.

It's time to revisit Nuremberg. They covered the aspects and
distribution of guilt very well. Having said that, we now know that
the victors can do no wrong.
