Anyone can find a message in any numbers using spiraling substituation, kind
of like the old saying that monkeys typing on typewriters would eventually
type Shakespeare, but I guarantee that you have not cracked the correct
message that was sent.

I think Lloyd is correct. The 3965 pirate could be posting a
program sked and may be giving some people the decode keys.
