Does any one make a passive end feed antenna for shortwave?

Yes Brent, thousands of us make them! At 14 cents a foot, you can string up
as much copper antenna wire as your heart's content, attach a $30 Balun
transformer to the base, ground one side, and feed it with as much thin
RG-58X coax as you need to reach your receiver(s).

Don't be fooled into thinking you have to buy some commercial antenna to
listen to SW, whether it be for program broadcast, military/utility or
marine. You can do it yourself for very little money, and it will receive as
well as anything sold on the market.
