The bands have been strangely quiet this evening (11-21). I went to
listen to Australia at 0200 and it wasn't there-on any freq. I tried
South Korea and their 19m freq was dead and their 31m freq was an
unintelligible mumble. Taiwan's 31m freq was the same, and 49m was dead.
WWV on 10 and 15 Mhz were dead too. Solar storm?


I too have noticed rather poor conditions the past couple days, very
high noise level and conditons as you (tommynokr) mention. Stewart's
comment about the band(s) bieng noisy is so true, also located in
Southern California the noise has been around S9 here. Oh well, if I
wanted clear audio I'd use live streaming 8-}
