I couldn't find this information on the link you provided.

I couldn't even find a quote from the legislation.

I'd like to read what it actually says before making up my mind about it.

I'm familiar with the New Freedom Commission report.

It doesn't call for forced mental health screening. It calls for making
mental health screening routine, and available to everyone.

That's different from "forced" or "mandatory".

Before you argue against the bill, you might want to read it, and the
report it's based on.
