IBB wants contractor to help develop Radio/TV Martí

The International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), Office of Cuba Broadcasting
(OCB), intends to award a contract to advise and assist OCB with the further
development, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of programming for
both Radio and TV Martí for the period January 3 - September 30, 2005.
