I previously assumed it would be. Now, I don't know that there'll even
be a "trial" - perhaps just a "decision"! ;-)

Shortly after 10:00 EST / 15:00 UTC I flipped over to 7.465 to see if
Stair was discussing anything about his trial. He was already
discussing it and about all I caught was he was free AND THE RECORD
WOULD BE PURGED!
