Default RAE Argintina

at 2:17 utc, I can barely hear RAE Argentina english service at 11710
Khz. I am at 72W 43N just outside of Bufflo NY. I haven't heard them
in several years. Hopefully I can copy enough to get a QSL.

Possibly poor frequency choice coupled with the time of transmission, and/or poor
transmitting equipment.

I did QSL them back in 1982 on 11710.
