They also come in handy when you're trying to add another QSL to the
collection. You can playback the segment of the transmission you monitored, in order to prepare a nice reception report. Some stations will also accept a recording, for verification purposes. This can come in handy, when you're having a tough time supplying program information for a reception report of a foreign language station. Good DXing to you, Gary |
