Default Could proximity to SW radios have effect?

www.news.google.com has the following headline. Could natural selection be
at
work here? And could being around SW radios have the same effect?

The reason laptops can cause fertility problems is because the laptop
creates heat (usually the batteries). The problem is that the heat causes
damage that can't be fixed. If you live next door to a SW transmitter you
will probably have no problems. Tissue heating is usually only a problem at
gigafrequencies. At SW frequencies you would have to be exposed to extremely
high amounts for a while before there would be anything near a problem. Most
countries have agencies that regulate maximum exposure levels. So unless you
have a hot receiver in your lap, you will be ok.
