Hi, Guy - I'm on the west coast of the US near San Francisco. I tried
RTV Gabonaise on 4777 last night at 2030 my local time (about 0430
UTC), and it was S-9 and even better, quite strong, and would have been
easy copy if not for local QRM junk. With 250 kW at their transmitter,
I guess that's expected! Thanks for the tip ~
