in the auction it states that the retail price is $165, yet the bid is
up to $166. why not just order it new direct from the vendor.

I have seen this kind of stupidity before but I still can't figure it
out. where people pay more on ebay than it is available for elsewhere.

Not only that, but the seller/vendor is one in the same, C-Crane. And, they
charged shipping for the Ebay auction but its free shipping if you buy it
from their web site. Don't try to figure it out.

It is the same way at fleamarkets too.Some of them junk dealers think
they are sitting on gold.
