Could be - although it wasn't listed as a relay. Do the reports say
whay they think so? I never heard the broadcast enough to hear if they identified as such. Bruce Jensen |

At least from reports it is fairly certain it is not direct from CAR, but rather either Issoudoun in France or via Gabon. Apparently some conflicting info in the current HFCC data also.
