In the United States anyway, there is no law against making as much as
the market will bear, as long as it's honest. How much is too much in your estimation? Bruce Jensen |

Trouble is...ebay positions itself as a safe and honest place to do
business. Actually, it allows people like radio-mart to shill bid his own auctions and end up with a "summer vacation" suspension, only to be allowed to trade again. Ebay's good far outweighs the bad, so it continues to be accepted by the buying public. Where else can you buy a nice little radio like a Degen 1103 for under $70 shipped to your door.......nowhere. Where else can gottahaveit1995 buy a radio for $100 and then two weeks later sell it as radio-mart for $300?......nowhere. When their fees get too high, another operation will come along. Ebay is badly in need of competition. But, if they make billions in the meantime, so much good for them....that is what built this nation and makes it a great place to live.
