Much as I like, over all, Yaesu's product line, they tend to produce real bombs every now and then, and their DC-daylight jobber is one of them. The FRG-100 and FRG-7 are far better radios. I use RF gain a lot and I don't think any of these have it. Shoot, even my Sony 7600GR has a variable attenuator. I bet they sold a lot of the FRG-7's. |
