Default Hoooo Weeee!

Some of y'all boys really do know how to "cut like a knife"! Hey,what is
that steady staccato racket I hear on the low,low bands of my shortwave
radio? I can't even hear anything on there because of that incessant
racket.

Hard to say but just guessing I'd say power line noise. It seems to affect
the lower bands more than the higher bands. But I'd have to hear it for
sure to know what it was.
