Me too. I've got a great rf-2800 bought new in the 70's, but the antenna is
broken.

I think the only solution is to buy another one on Ebay, and scrap it for the
parts.

I hope I'm wrong.

Parts for the 2800/2900 are long out of stock, so buying a parts radio
is probably the best you can do. Maybe you can share the cost with
someone that needs parts for their 2800 too. If I were you though, I
would buy a 2900 which has more features than your 2800. The antennas
should be the same. Good luck.
