Received a Radio Taiwan International "Night Market in Keelung" QSL card
for a broadcast on 11 December 2004 on 9610 KHz, 0800-0900 UTC in English
beamed to Australia and New Zealand. SINPO 44444. Received in 6 weeks via
air for a postal mail report. Also received a copy of "Taiwan Journal",
Programme and Transmission schedule and a very nice looking unused First Day
cover and stamp featuring the "Inauguration of the Eleventh President and
Vice President". No Reply Postage required.

Receiver: Winradio WR-1000i.
Antenna: VHF/UHF discone about 6 metres above ground level.
