I like the shovel triangle loop antenna. :-) ----== Posted via Newsfeeds.Com - Unlimited-Uncensored-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeeds.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! 120,000+ Newsgroups ----= East and West-Coast Server Farms - Total Privacy via Encryption =---- |

Yes, your group does look like a radio club. Do you share loggings.
When your group is listening to radios while in the city, is signal interference as big a problem there as it is here? Some of my neighbors have very noisy power tools and appliances. wrote: Thank you for sharing that picture and joining this forum. =ADAre the other individuals also team members at Degen? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------= ----------------------------------- Nobody at this party work for Degen or Tesun, it's a regular swl's party in China, even the designer of DE1103 has his own design house, |

EMI interference is also a big problem in CHINA, especially in SW low
band and MW, some home appliance has not passed the EMI test will generate a lot of interference, the only way to got the better reception is use a loop antenna or a out door dipole. another problem confused the listener is the powerful jamming signal, Chinese folk music all over the whole SW band, sigh! |

Yes I know. Electronic appliances, computers, controlled lights, etc.,
here in the U.S. are supposed to meet standards for radiation. The amount of noise is such that I think the rules are not enforced. The only way to get away from all the electronic noise is to go out into the country and power the radio with a battery. wrote: EMI interference is also a big problem in CHINA, especially in SW low band and MW, some home appliance has not passed the EMI test will generate a lot of interference, the only way to got the better reception is use a loop antenna or a out door dipole. another problem confused the listener is the powerful jamming signal, Chinese folk music all over the whole SW band, sigh! |

Isn't this the Tecsun DX Radio Club ? http://www.tecsun.com.cn/radioclub/main.htm http://zuji.51.net/bcl/guokan/cndxe.htm http://dxing.info/articles/chinese_dxing.dx http://www.leowood.net/web/leowood/radio/radio.html http://www.tecsun.com.cn/radioclub/images/Pic00029.jpg .. Very typical of a Chinese group photo - The Visiable Group Leader in the Center with the Shovel Raised in his Hand. - The Guy on the Far Left Standing with his Arms Folded (PC) - The Second Guy on the Right Standing at Attention (PA) .. one wonders ~ RHF |
