Default What happened to the Rochester antenna?

A few months ago there was a great hub bub about a new very small HF
antenna developed by a U. of Rochester physicist. Any updates?

Last year I read an article at www.boingboing.net about a new NASA
small bent wire antenna.I have tried to do a search for that article on
the internet about that little antenna a few times since then, but so far
I haven't had any luck.
