Anybody have any idea what the CW is on 9.330.5 @ 0424 UTC Monday?

I can actually hear it quite well on AM on my Yaesu with the outdoor
antenna. The Icom using an indoor antenna receives it better on LSB.

Pittsburgh PA, signal is very strong with very deep fades at times.

No Amateur priveleges on 9.330, from what I can see.

Sounds mechanical, but I just get gibberish using CW GET.
