Default WWRB Testing 15190

** U S A. Glenn: We are testing 15190
right now (12:30 pm eastern time [1730
UT] March 4, 2005. Could you please
tune it in and send me a reception
report??
We will run it most of the day using a
new Rhombic antenna with various
programming. We are making RF human
exposure measurements, and testing for
any
signs of meltdowns. Thanks!!! (Dave
Frantz, WWRB, via DXLD)

Dave, Checked around 1745 UT. All I can
get is a very weak carrier, and it is
slightly unstable with BFO on. Now
would that be you or Equatorial Guinea?
I
wouldn`t expect to get a usable signal
from you on 15 MHz under prevailing
conditions, as WWCR 15825 is seldom any
good here -- both are at too close a
skip distance unless some sporadic E kicks in (Glenn to Dave, ibid.)
(GH dxldyahoo group)

Something in there here, but I'm probably in the skip zone as well.
