Radio New Zealand was missing on 15,720 at 02:50 UTC when I first turned
on the radio. They came on the air about a minute to 03:00. I don't know
how long they were missing of course.

They are off again at 03:15 UTC. Must be having transmitter problems.

The carrier came up and down briefly but no audio.

They were missing on 11,820 also until 05:14 and just went off and on
again at 05:15 UTC.

Will they stay up? Very good signal when they are on.

They have been going on and off on 11,820 for a while now.
