I used to own a Cocker Spaniel dog about forty years ago.I named him Tom
Dooley,after that song.Tom Dooley used to get over there on Carter
Circle.I know he wasen't the kind of dog to pick any dog fights,but
sometimes I would hear them dogs tying up! over there,I could tell by
the sound of his voice.He would come on back home after a while.Well,Tom

Probally a govt mil.spec antenna that didn't work out too good? I know
of a Brit site that might can shed some light on that antenna.It is a
place in UK where Military Vehicle collectors get together from all over
the World,a giant swap meet.I will try to find a link to that site later
