His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales has just visited New Zealand for two
days. Yesterday, did some royal monitoring and heard the RNZAF flight
carrying Prince Charles into Whenuapai Airbase, Auckland.

Today, more royal listening with lots of police escort traffic on the
scanner etc.

And monitored his royal flight from the apron at Auckland International to
Nadi, Fiji. Interestingly, as the flight progressed north, the pilot was
asked to maintain a listening watch on 121.5 MHz. Rescue Coordination Centre
in Wellington were receiving an ELT about 280 nm North of New Zealand's
North Cape.
