un 12581.5 USB broadcasting CW callsing repeated
until 1500 when signal changed to sitor A.

Weather from 1500-1510 in the same
format as USCG but
at end of message it
was identified as being made
by Wilkens Weather Technologies
in Houston, Texas.
Signal was S9+20 here in Maryland.

Any idea if xmitter was anywhere else but
in Mobile or Houston. as signal sounded like
a local?
