I don't like digital readouts.I much prefer the good old tried and true
mechanical non digital readouts.F..K them damn digital readouts!!!

Don't let them damn slant eyed chinks slopes and them damn russkys see
your design.They will steal it and claim they invented it first or some
crooked *******s in govt will sell your design to them.You might want to
get your design patened.

Why do I prefer vacuum tube computer monitors and vacuum tube tv sets
and vacuum tube wooden cabinet radios and "vacuum tube" wimmins? Because

Why do people (including myself) buy self-winding watches with jeweled
movements? How about old Leica cameras?
It's the appreciation of a certain quality of machining. It is very easy to
design a synthesized receiver that has digital readout.........I have done
several of them. Now, to have a receiver that has mechanical tuning AND good
accuracy. That is quite a different story. Why would Dale do such a thing?
Because he wants to.
