spoilt and rejected, 18.9%.
In the 2004 mayoral and gla elections over 500,000 votes where rejected.

Florida it seems is not the only place where people do not know how to vote,
and the authorities able to count the votes.

Well it is extremely difficult for some people to put a tick in a box.
Thankfully we have a TV programme to cater for these saddos....Eastenders.

I know a married Irish woman (Caherconlish,Ireland doesn't have a
website,,,yet) whom is married to a guy www.fethard.com from Ireland
and they live in Bognor Regis,England,West Sussex County,about sixty
something miles South of London.(She has the flu right now) Nienty Nine
percent of the assholes around the World do NOT know how to vote and
they never know which person(s) they should even vote for either.
