Default DST exceptions?

Let's see - the DST exceptions in the U.S. and Canada are Alaska,
Hawaii, Saskatchewan, the parts of Indiana in the EST zone (they say
EDT would be "double daylight"), and Arizona except for the Navajo
reservation which straddles state lines.

(Note that this means the most heard long distance MW station in
Arizona is, unlike most of the state, on MDT.)

And now, I can forget that the domestic BBC programs on Real Audio are
6 hours ahead of New York for one week only since we're now both on
summer time.
