Radio New Zealand on the wrong scheduled frequency

Radio New Zealand on the wrong scheduled frequency tonight at 07:05 UTC
they were supposed to switch over to 9,885 from 11,820 but so far they
are still on 11,820 at 07:22 UTC.

They announced the switch at 07:03 UTC but then did not switch frequency.

They just switched at 07:23 UTC to 9,885 in case you were looking for
them.
