Default Radio Romania International QSL card received.

Received a Radio Romania International "Dacian Calendar" QSL card for a
broadcast on 19 March 2005, 11710 Khz, 0630-0656 UTC in English, SINPO
24222. Received in 6 weeks via air for a postal mail report. No Reply
Postage required.

Receiver: Winradio G313/180i.

Antenna: VHF/UHF discone about 6 metres above ground level.
