Default QSL from Radio Southern Highlands

R. Southern Highlands in PNG, 3275. Date/freq only letter in 68 days
for US $1.00 and English report. V/s: Andrew Meles, Director
Provincial Radio. Letter mentions that the Japanese government
donated a 10kW tx'er for them in 1990 which improved their strength.
Making amends for WWII I wonder?

LOL, I'm sure every verie I get from PNG will be a carbon copy. This
looked like they used the old A.B. Dick mimeograph machine (remember
them?) for the letter head and typed the rest. Ah well, still a nice
one.

I'm too lazy right now to look through my collection, but I believe
the main station used to actually have a QSL card...
