QSL from Radio Tashkent

R. Tashkent, 11905, f/d 16th century mausoleum cd in 6 weeks for 1
IRC. I was admonished on a postcard to submit additional details on
my reports. This was a tough reception on April 1st due to low
modulation and heavy adjacent channel splatter, making their signal
pretty much unusable.
