Default New PC-based receiver at Universal Radio

Check it out:

It's called the ELAD FDM77. Anyone familiar with it?

Doesn't look like a lot for $600.

The Elad FDM77 has been on Universal's site for a few weeks. The Italian
manufacturer seems to be an established electronics firm for the medical and
other industries. The specs for the radio sound pretty good for the money,
but I was very disappointed with the software after seeing a demo run on a
friend's computer. The frequency display is very hard to read clearly
(horrible choice of font), and the overall interface seems clunky compared
to the Winradio g3 series.
