Where to Buy a Cellular Phone Jammer? (no lectures please)

i have to wonder if that jammer would be more illegal and unobtainable
and non-fcc approved than the 250 watt cb linear that is currently lying
in my junk box. it breaks all of the same laws yet is readily available
to truckers everywhere
