Yeah, that too. Politics in the US has become a zero sum game of
tearing
down personalities rather than solving problems.

Right on the money.

It's always been like that. The only time it's not
like that is when one party has utterly stomped the
other at the ballots. The only difference is that
the yelling and screaming is getting coarser and
is more on the center stage.
