Maghakian was a member of the Grundig Transistor list when this came up, perhaps Mike can contact the list holder. I sent most all the materials I had postage due back to Lextronix. I got a note from Larry explaining what had happened, and something *similar* to what you say happened, but not *exactly*. I won't quote it unless he gives me permission to.
