Well, I don't have a definite answer - but I'd seriously doubt that -
although that may be what the poster wanted people to think... Along those lines, as easy as it is for government officials to know who someone is that posts on the internet (IP address', other trace software they have, etc), the poster could be in line for a little 'Cuba or Egypt questioning' session at the least - Extremely stupid game to play...
